A marketplace for student flats

Housing Services is receiving an increasing number of student flats. From the beginning of 2010, we are the agency responsible for student flats for Svenska Bostäder, Vasakronan, Micasa and several small property owners around Stockholm. 

The advantage of organising student flats into a single marketplace is to avoid you having to register for several different queues when searching for student housing. At the Housing Services, there is only one queue and you can search for student flats from several different property owners. In addition, you can continue to save your queuing time even after you have received a student flat, which will facilitate receiving a normal flat contract when you have completed your studies.

Join the housing queue. The current cost for this service is SEK 225 per year and a commission of SEK 500 is payable if you are allocated a student flat.
